It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite Butler McCall of Edenton, North Carolina, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ercel Hudson Butler and Ruby Simpson Butler Crawford; and her spouse Kyle McCall. She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Hudson McCall of Edenton and David Ernest McCall (Bonita) of Edenton; her grandson John David McCall (Mary Catherine); her great grandchild Charlotte Anne "Lottie" McCall; her brother Col. David Hudson Butler; and her nieces, Susan Butler Nelson and Sheryl Butler Jamison.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Edenton Baptist Church, 200 S. Granville Street, Edenton, NC 27932 and be directed to use in the Missions with Youth Fund.
