He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Herman and Mary Leora Bunch Barrow; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Sawyer. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Twiddy Smith Barrow; his children, Leslie S. Fuller, Blake, Holden, Sydney, Judson Smith, Lauren, Parker, Ella Kate and Emmalyn; and his sisters, Harriet Sawyer Rountree (Ronnie) of Edenton and Mary Jo Bass (Donald) of Edenton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Edenton Baptist Church, 200 South Granville Street, Edenton, NC 27932, and be designated for the Parking Lot Fund.
