He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Carter; his stepfather David Hall; and his stepbrother David Lee Hall. He is survived by: his parents, Naomi Curlings Hall of Camden and Carlton B. White, Sr. of Florida; his daughter Michelle R. White of Elizabeth City; his brothers, Carlton B. White, Jr. (Teresa) of Forest, VA, Kevin W. White (Wendy) of Elizabeth City and Michael W. White (Patti) of Hertford; and his stepsisters, Joy Hall of Georgia, Jerri Hall (Cindy) of Elizabeth City and Laura Eastep (Brian) of Reno, NV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
