He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Herman and Lessie Louise Lassiter Fuller; and his brother Louis Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Reneé Willard of Goldsboro, Melissa Mingin (Chris) of Edenton and Blake Fuller (Leslie) of Edenton; his siblings, Peggy Daniels of Ahoskie and Mike Fuller (Tina) of Edenton; and his grandchildren, Katelyne Stacey (James), Kassidy Clark (Nolan), Haley Nash, Holden, Sydney Fuller, Isabella and Wyatt Mingin.
