While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gerald Cooper and Marion Marshall Cooper of Wallingford, CT.; her husband Thomas Gandee; her children, Jill Coulter, Jeff Gandee and Steve Gandee; and her siblings, Susan Drabic and Gerry Cooper.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (101 W Gale St, Edenton, NC 27932). A reception will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at 212 S Broad St, Mooresville, NC 28115.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her memory be made to Albemarle Home Care & Hospice, 1507 North Road Street #2, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.
