He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Aaron and Carrie Jean Mock Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Dana Marie Jenkins (Lynn Hickle) of Elizabeth City, Christy Lynn Jenkins of Edenton and Thomas Aaron Jenkins of Edenton; his brother Randall Bruce Jenkins, Sr. (Trish) of Hertford; his former wife Shelia Marie King of Edenton; his grandchildren, Damien Alexander Cooley, Caleb Evan Cooley and Serenity Nicole Cooley; and his nieces and nephews, Erica Jenkins, Angel Hernandez, Randall Jenkins, Jr. and Nick Jenkins. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, and lots of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions in his memory be made to a charity of one's choice.
