He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Lowell and Charlene Luceal Atchison Rinehart; his wife Barbara Jean Spencer Rinehart; his daughter Linda Dale Rinehart Green; and his siblings, Albert Lowell Rinehart and Jacquelea Rinehart.
He is survived by: his children, Beth Rinehart Evans (Jasper) of Edenton, Delbert Worth Rinehart (Paula) of Edenton, Benny Dale Rinehart, Jr. (Sonya) of Edenton and Glenda Kaminski (Steve) of Lakeland, FL; his grandchildren, Naythen, Sarah, Erin, Ellie, Bailey, Spencer, Anna, Katie, Holli and Kimmi; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Maci Kate, Parker, Blake of Shelby, T. W., Sylvia, Bennett and Sloane; and his great great grandchild River.
