She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Roberts Parks, Sr. and Evelyn Killian Parks; her husband Allen William Fredd, Jr.; her daughters, Allyson Parks Fredd of Richmond, VA and Catherine Annette Broskie (Shannon) of Richmond, VA; her brother Harry Roberts Parks, Jr. (Sharon) of Sykesville, MD; her grandsons, Adam Tyler Broskie and Ryan Matthew Broskie; her nephews, Gary Roberts Parks and Philip Allen Kuras; and her niece Leslie Kuras Garrett.
