She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford E. Pritchard and Nancy Saunders "Nannie" Pritchard; her husband Warren Judson Twiddy; her siblings, Irene P. Towe and Clinton "Mutt" Pritchard; and her son-in-law John S. "Johnny" Barrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Barrow of Edenton and Betsy Kelly of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Laura Elizabeth Kelly, Judson Smith, Lauren, Parker, Ella Kate, Emmalyn, Leslie Smith Fuller, Blake, Holden and Sydney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory be made to Edenton Baptist Church, 200 South Granville Street, Edenton, NC 27932, where they will be designated for use in the Parking Lot Fund.
