It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanford Leon Corum (Eden, North Carolina), born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Corum and Mary Corum; his brother Jerry Corum; his brothers-in-law, Al Sprinkle and Jimmy Weatherly; and his great grandchild Grace Alcorn (Paul Crabtree).
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Corum; his children, Terri Meeks (Gene), Lisa Alcorn (Mickey), Jill D Crabtree (Curtis), Cynthia D. Cundiff and Bradley D. Crabtree; his siblings, Dorothy Weatherly, Joel Corum (Norma Jean), Hilda Sprinkle and Mike Corum (Sandra); his brother-in-law Johnny Minter; his grandchildren, Christie Benton (Elliott), Seth Alcorn (Julie), Josh Meeks, Joseph Meeks, Jared F Ware (Amanda), Jami B Ware (Christopher Eanes), Brady T Ware, Sonya Crabtree (Adam Hundley), Dillon Cundiff (Olivia), Tyler Cundiff, Cameron Crabtree, Riley Crabtree and Parker Crabtree; and his friend Betty Lawrence.
