She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McPherson Boyte and Martha Jane Saunders Boyte; her husband David Eugene Roland; and her siblings, Beverly Patterson and Mack Boyte.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Pratt (Ed) of Hendersonville, Myrna Farmer of Stoneville, Debra DuBois (Gilbert) of Eden, Mike Boyte (Von) of Eden and Kevin Boyte (Sandy) of Eden; and her stepdaughter Margaret Mullins of Tennessee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
