With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Ray Amos of Eden, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 24, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Michael Ray may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alonza Amos, Jr. and Doris Ray Hopper Amos. He is survived by: his brother Steve Amos; and his sister-in-law Tammy Amos. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Wesleyan Church (607 Church St, Eden, NC 27288). A memorial service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
