She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Cook and Ethel Cook. She is survived by: her caregiver Andrew Burgess; her daughters, Brenna Newcomb (Scott) and Andrea Silvey (Ryan); her grandchildren, Zachary Silvey, Tori Silvey, Jonah Newcomb, Harrison Silvey, Micah Newcomb and Anna Newcomb; her sisters, Linda Shirley, Marsha Garrett and Gretta Maxey; and her husband Andrew Milton Burgess (Andy). She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, other extended relatives, and many friends.
