She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Wilburn Allman and Eula Steele Allman; her sister Faye Allman Glenn; and her great grandchild Emersyn Jane Lowrimore. She is survived by: her husband Hilton Webb, Sr.; her children, Bruce H. Webb, Jr. (Susan), Lori Webb (Skip Johnson) and Jennie Webb Huffines (Chad); her grandchildren, Sarah Webb Beckwith (Louis), Jordan Watson (Jessica), Hayden Watson (Ashley), Trevor Lowrimore (Blair Robertson), Riley Lowrimore (Ben White), Olivia, Josie and Alex Huffines; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Bram, Silas Beckwith and Moira Jane Watson; and her brother Randy Morgan (Jean). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fair Funeral Home (432 Boone Rd, Eden, NC 27288). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Ridgeview Memorial Gardens (1658 NC-135, Eden, NC 27288).
