He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Calvin and Cynthia Ann Yarber Toney; and his brother Clayton Toney. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Toney (Stephanie), Stephanie Duncan, David King, Derrick Ashburn and Mandy Burnette; his close friend Kay Cardwell; his grandchildren, Layla, Austin, Hayden, Zayne, Saydee, Zander and Bentley; and his siblings, Lillie Cook, Vivian Layne, Peggy Scarberry, Mike Toney, Rusty Toney, Wayne Toney, Tommy Toney, Lloyd Toney, Jr., Jack Toney and Billy Lewis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
