He is survived by: his significant other Judy Duke; his children, Candy Martin, Joseph Duke, Janice Downs, Kristen Kirkpatrick, Victoria Northcott, James "Jimmy" Northcott and Michael Northcott; his grandchildren, Lara Rios (Jaime), Bradley Stone (Rita) and Zackrey Fredericks; his great grandchildren, Isaac Rubio (Taylor), Dominic Stansberry (Destiny), Ariana Stansberry, Samuel Stansberry, Tyler Fredricks, Allie Fredricks, Bradly Stone, Jr. and Ezekiel Stone; his great great grandchildren, Stella Rubio, Emilio Rubio, Leya Rubio and Azariah Doss; his sister Annette Oliver Northcott; and his friend Lara Rios.
