He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Dwight Steven Dove, Jr. (Sue), Leigh Shirt (David) and Stephanie Hall (Daniel); his grandchildren, Christian Shirt (Gina), Chelsea Shirt, Hunter Jefferson, Meredith Hall and Maxx Dove; his great grandchild Drago Shockley; his sister Maribeth Woolard; his godchild C. J. Merritt; and his pet Boo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; his sidekick.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ridgeview Memorial Gardens (1658 NC-135, Eden, NC 27288).
