He is survived by: his wife Deborah Creef; his sons, Willis Creef, Jr. and Ronnie Creef; his stepsons, Joseph Forbes and Christopher Simpson; and his siblings, Warren Creef, Alice Tillett and Theresa Temple. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
