He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Hazel L. Hallman, Jr. (Miller); his brother David; and his brother-in-law Dave Spicer. He is survived by: his close friend Jesus; his wife Joyce E. (Ingersoll); his daughters, Carrie R. Hallman of Flat Rock, NC and Melissa D. Smith (Chris) of Grove City, OH.; his grandchildren, Centurion, Alexandrea (Lexi) and Max of Grove City, OH; his sisters, Judee Spicer (Dave) of Ooltewah, TN and Karen Ingersoll (Clifford) of Diana, TX; his sister-in-law Peggy Dunn Hallman (David) of Portland, TN; and his aunt Ruth Heller of East Stroudsburg, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews and cousins.
