It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Matthew K. King of East Flat Rock, North Carolina, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Joe" Edward King, Sr. and Kathy Sue Hyatt King. He is survived by: his brother Mark A. King; his sister-in-law Azucena; and his nephew Wiley. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers.
