Hilliard Drayton Rhodes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilliard Drayton Rhodes of East Flat Rock, North Carolina, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reece Rhodes and Noda Pace Rhodes; his wife Elsie Edmondson Rhodes; his siblings, Marshall Rhodes, Lindsey Rhodes (Virginia), Grayson Rhodes (Essie Lee), Atlas Collins (Clinton), Ader Babb (Lowell), Alma Ballard (Alvin) and Agnes Rhodes; and his brother-in-law Jimmie Murr.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Drayton Rhodes; and his siblings, Mary Ann Murr of Mosheim, TN and Harrison R. Rhodes (Sandra) of Saluda, NC. He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces, and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Four Season Hospice.
