She was predeceased by: her husband Glenn M. Lively; and her grandson Michael Brandon Lively. She is survived by: her children, Mickey Lively (Judy) of Flat Rock and Karen Lively Smith (Mike) of Candler; and her grandchildren, Christy Brandt (Jeff), Stacey Redden (Art), Jason Murphy (Heather), Stephanie Cathey (Ben) and Jeff Smith (Andrea). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 1 brother and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions in Mrs. Lively's honor may be made to Aston Park Health Care Employee Appreciation Fund 380 Brevard Road.
