He was predeceased by: his parents, Rector Levi and Lucy Thompson Levi; and his sisters, Pat Levi and Faye Owens. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Williams Levi; his children, Coletta Levi Ward (Robert), Michael Keith Levi, Sr. (Ann) and Becky Levi Kalkas (Michael); his grandchildren, Andrea, Brad, Ben, Katy, Michael, Keith and Mark; his great grandchildren, Isaac, Rowan and Harper Ann; his brother Jack Levi (Bessie); his uncle Homer Levi; and his aunt Willa Mae Boone. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
