He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Thaddeus Crowson and Gladys Staley Crowson; his siblings, Joseph Crowson, Paul Crowson, Johnny Crowson, Tommy Crowson, Beverly Butcher, Brenda Ferguson and Doris Crowson; and his son William "Billy" Crowson, Jr. (Barbara Meeks Crowson).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Crowson (Shirley), Timothy Crowson, Laura Crowson, Melissa Williams, Dena Driver (David) and Becky Sapp (Rick). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Bethel Baptist Church (4332 Mt Bethel Church Rd, East Bend, NC 27018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
