It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Warden Angell of East Bend, North Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Guy Warden and Elsie Williams Warden; and her brothers, Donald Warden and Wade Warden. She is survived by: her husband Teddy "Ted" Angell; her children, Spencer Angell (Teresa), Scott Angell (Terri) and Susan Pettit (Jonathan); her grandchildren, Harrison Angell (Kaliyah Magras), Katherine Angell, Austin Jones and Lucas Pettit; her great grandchild Ezekiel Angell; and her brothers, Lawrence Warden and Jimmy Warden (Vickie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
