He is survived by: his children, Raymond Curtis Childress III of East Bend and Ashley Marie Childress (Nikos Smith) of Fayetteville; his sisters, Lois Spainhour of King, Sherry Childress of King and Debbie Cole of Delaware; his grandchildren, Aja Raiford and Leilani Smith; and the mother of his children Tina Reeves of Jonesville.
