He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Cline (Larry Puryear), Wendy Brintle (Scotty) and Tabitha Spillman; his brother Johnny Ray Spillman; and his grandchildren, Jaden Cline (Erika Varona), Ashlyn Phillips and Kendrick Puryear.
