It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Myrtle Davis of East Bend, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 87, on January 19, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter John Henry Harris and Lillie May Wall Harris; her husband Thomas Glenn Davis, Sr.; her son Thomas Glenn Davis, Jr.; her brother John Harris; and her pet Coco.
She is survived by: her sons, James H. Davis (Teresa) and Larry G. Davis (Katie); her grandchildren, Cindy Smith, Dara Ricketson (Mark) and Tabithia Freshour (Brian); and her great grandchild Hailey Freshour.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Grove Baptist Church (2401 Nebo Rd, East Bend, NC 27018). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Union Grove Baptist Church building Fund at 2401 Nebo Rd, Yadkinville, NC 27055.
