She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Padgett and Beatrice Adams Padgett; her husband John Spillman; her son Randall Spillman; her granddaughter Amber Spillman; her siblings, Avis Lewis, Lucy Tuttle, Rachel Vernon, Opal Patterson, Totsie Creed, Lavern Cooke, Edna Fletcher, Erma Sides, Terrell Padgett and George Padgett; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Spillman.
She is survived by: her son Johnny Ray Spillman; her brother Ricky Padgett; her grandchildren, Jonathan Spillman (Jeannette), Wendy Brintle (Scotty), Kristi Spillman, Jessica Cline (Larry) and Tabitha Spillman; and her great grandchildren, Summer Ward (Anson), Jaden Cline (Erika), Destiny Spillman, Dylan Spillman, Ashlyn Phillips, Riley Goforth and Aurora Durham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
