He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Virgil and Laura Phillips Parks. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Parks Davis (Jeffrey) and Michael Paul Parks (Teresa); his grandchildren, Mason Lee Davis and Logan McKenzie Parks; and the mother of his children Janie Thomas Parks.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
