She is survived by: her husband Earl Joseph Boortz of Franklin, NC; her sons, Douglas Earl Boortz (Becki Boortz) of Panama City, FL and Craig Joseph Boortz (Cathy Boortz) of Jacksonville Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Justin Boortz (Diana Boortz) of Indianapolis, IN, Nikki Hedman (Andrew Hedman) of Nashville, TN, Hunter Boortz of Tallahassee, FL, Thad Boortz of Jacksonville Beach, FL and Courtney Boortz of Kansas City, MO; and her great grandchildren, Ezra, Ruby and James of Nashville, TN.
