He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rayford and Pauline Bowen Webber; and his sister Janis Bernard. He is survived by: his wife Veleria Revels Webber; his children, Tim Webber (Fay), David Webber (Kathy) and Chris Webber (Tina); his grandchildren, Danny (Megan), Brandon, Jenna (Kyle), Justin (Indi), Caleb (Jenna), Clay (Carli), Curry and Caroline Webber; his great grandchild Juniper Webber; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Atlas and Persephone.
