She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harry Cheek and Irene Brady Covert. She is survived by: her son William "Bill" Jeffery Cook; her grandson Tatham Cook; her stepson Matthew Locklear; her boyfriend Tommy Locklear; her siblings, Sharon Freeman (Brent), Harriet McCaskill (Ike), AJ Covert (Renee) and Brian Covert; and her stepsister Sherry Collum Hoeppner. She is also survived by 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
