He was predeceased by: his wife Lizzie Reid Campbell; and his daughter Laura Brewer. He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Decker of Clayton, NC and Donna Windish of Eagle Springs. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Eagle Springs Fire Dept., P.O. Box 249, Eagle Springs, NC 27242.
