She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy G. Trice Sr. and Essie Womack Trice; her husband Theodore Headen; her siblings, Roy Trice, Jr., Benjamin Trice, Ervin Trice, Oscar Trice, Louise T. Moore and Minerva T. Fields; her grandson Stevie Sellers; and her daughter-in-law Gwendolyn A. Crews Headen.
She is survived by: her children, Delores Yvonne Headen and Theodore Douglas Headen; her sister-in-law Janetta Trice-Gadsden of Charlotte, NC; her granddaughter Kimberly Headen; and her great grandchild Makayla Headen.
