He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Wentz, Jr. and Edna Dean Wentz. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Wentz; his daughter Stacey Lewis (Michael Lewis); his grandchildren, Hudson and Dean; his siblings, Dee Williams (Mitch), Calvin Wentz, Bo Wentz and Bo's; and his sister-in-law Blanche.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Ridgecrest Baptist Church (1104 Milton Rd, Durham, NC 27712). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
