He is survived by: his sister Harriette; his cousin Granite Falls; his wife Barbara Deaton Anderson; his daughter Tina Anderson Bessias (Pakis Bessias); his granddaughter Anastasia of Sophia; his children, Zoe and Will Anderson (Lisa Roeske Anderson); his granddaughters, Christine and Sarah; his son Paul Anderson (Melissa Neubauer Anderson); his grandchildren, Hannah, Jonah, Leah and Ella; and also, Barbara Jane Deaton and Lee Dolat.
