With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wilbur Eugene Eggleston (Durham, North Carolina), who passed away on September 14, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Eggleston; his mother LaTiece Eggleston; his children, Stephen Anthony Eggleston (Shantel), Ashley Alexis Eggleston and Tiffany Danielle Eggleston-Calloway; his siblings, Robert Earl Eggleston, Carol Eggleston, Deborah Eggleston-Clark and Sandra Chestnut; and his grandchildren, Nea Eggleston, Ava Calloway and Ariana Calloway. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
