He is survived by: his children, Dominique Lavert Saunders of Roanoke and Alexis Lewis of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Brandon Hammett, Jr. of Richmond, Dominque Saunders, Jr. of Richmond, Jaydia Saunders of Lynchburg and Ja'Veah Saunders of Lynchburg; his sister Roselyn Lee Williams of High Point, NC; and his niece Akia Williams-Bethea of High Point. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
