We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2024, at the age of 67, Victor Stuart Wells of Durham, North Carolina, born in Greenville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shelton Wells, Sr. and Marie Whitehurst Wells. He is survived by: his brothers, James S. Wells Jr. (Elizabeth Carpenter Wells) of Hillsborough and William T. Wells (Sally DeGraff Wells) of Winston-Salem; his nephews, Peter Wells (Kayoko) of Decatur, GA, Mark Wells (Elizabeth) of Durham and Jonah Winterhalder (Mary) of Winston-Salem; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Erika, Kazuki, Kouki and Morrison.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 6:00 PM at 1004 Watts St, Durham, NC 27701. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Watts Street Baptist Church (800 Watts St, Durham, NC 27701).
