He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dellaero and Elissa Iodice Giuliano; his wife Janice Royson Dellaero; and his stepfather Bruno Giuliano. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Emerson, James, Jeffrey, Brian and Elissa; his children, Laurie Dellaero (Steve Klotz), David Dellaero (Joanne) and Ken Dellaero; and his siblings, Ray Dellaero (Linda) and Pam Garkowski (Carl).

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Baldwin Foundation for Education.
