She was predeceased by: her father James Alonza Leggette, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Mary Anderson Leggette; her siblings, Jim Leggette (Michelle) and Rosemary O'Briant (Billy); and her nephew Slade O'Briant (Shimena).
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (215 N Church St, Durham, NC 27701).
