He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy "Frank" Norris Parker and Nola "Frances" Thompson Parker. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Hight Parker; his daughters, Traci Parker Baird and Kathryn Parker McIver; his grandchildren, Alexis Morgan Baird, Alex Michael Baird, Jameson Parker McIver, Jaden Christopher McIver and Aris Grace McIver; his great grandchild Leilani Renee Parker; and his siblings, Shelia Frances Parker and Steven Wayne Parker (Ellen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
