She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Carter and Virginia Carter; her siblings, Linda and Jackson, Jr.; and her former husband P. C. "Mickey" Perry.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Lamm, Sr.; her sister Peggy; her daughters, Jennifer and Vickie; her stepchildren, Thomas, Sherry and Teresa; her grandchildren, Emily, Gina, Martin, Nathaniel, Sophia and Michael; and her stepgrandchildren, Blake, Scottie and Campbell.
Sandra's legacy of love and her contributions to worship will continue to inspire and resonate within the hearts of her family and friends.
