He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Bright and Althea Oneal Bright Gurley; and his brother William "Bill" Bright. He is survived by: his wife Jerry Ann Wall Bright; his children, Trudy Bright McBride (Melvin), Pamela Denise Bright (Jimmy), Gena Reel Baillie (Mark), Randy L. Bright (Jill) and Tommy L. Bright (Sharon); his sister Debbie Ray (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Lee Bright (Kristen), Jan Brock (Kris), Robbie Weatherford (Tracey), Chris Kimley (Amanda), Alexius Benedict-Craft (Bryan), Morgan Benedict (Gonzalo Rios Ley), Nate Baillie, Ben Baillie and Angela Marsh (Dan). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
