He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fustine and Kathryn Fustine of Brockway, PA. He is survived by: his wife Annette Neal; and his children, Lauren Stallings (Chris) of Queen Creek, AZ, Matthew Fustine (Sarah) of Overland Park, KS and Lisa Schmidt (Michael) of Enola, PA.. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
