He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dunne and Ruth Ashford Dunne; his brother John Dunne (Joan Annucci Dunne); his daughters, Teresa Du and Leslie Dunne; and his grandson Anthony Du.
He is survived by: his children, Catherine Dunne, Gail England, Donna Murdock, Colleen Dunne and Robert John Dunne; his grandchildren, Joseph Schmitt, Steven Schmitt, Eric Leonhardi, Melanie Murdock, George Du, Mark Murdock, Andy England and Evan Dunne; and his great grandchild Ella Victoria.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Clements Funeral Chapel (1105 Broad St, Durham, NC 27705).
