He is survived by: his wife Teresa Allison Rook; his daughters, Heather Rook Copley and Callie Rook Westphal (Craig); his stepchildren, Melissa Ellis Weaver and Brian Dale Ellis (Emily); his sisters, Ava Andrews, Angela Cawthorne (Mike) and Cindy Greene (Mike); his half-sister Candace Rook Staunton; his grandchildren, Cameron Nicholas Copley, Meredith Claire Copley, Grayson Dale Weaver, Wade Coleman Ellis and Emma Christine Ellis; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Wilson and Debbie Rook.
