She is survived by: her grandchildren, John, Paige (David) and Frank O'Hale (Ja); her great grandchild Frances Ward Terry; her niece Linda Sydnor; her great-niece Field Witt (Trey); her close friend Christi Driver; her caregivers, Vanna Russ, Jo Ann Toler, Helen Daniels, Jackie Chavis, Shirley Hodges and Primrose; and also Mason Witt.
