She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willie Wilson and Mary Lee Wilson; her former husband Sidney Satterwhite; her husband William Cherkas; her daughters, Barbara Currin and Sandra Newton; and her grandson Westley Satterwhite.
She is survived by: her son David W. Satterwhite (Janice); her grandchildren, Jeanie Middleton, Kristie Hill (Michael), Kelly Silivanch, Ashley Valdes (Carlos), Dylan Newton (Heather), Brittany Currin and Justin Newton; and her brother Larry Wilson (Trudy). She is also survived by 13 beautiful great grandchildren, 3 precious great, great grandchildren.
